  We broke down while out of town and had to call a tow truck. The lady who answered our call was genuinely concerned and the tow driver looked to see if he could fix the car on the spot first. He helped us find a ride to our hotel. They looked at our car first thing in the morning and got the part ordered quickly. They got the part in a couple days later and got the car back up and running. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend Wayne's for towing and repair needs!

  Wayne's completed an engine analysis on my vehicle for an insurance claim. They went to Columbia, SC, picked up my vehicle, returned it to their shop, did the analysis, kept me in the loop, and then released it back to the insurance company. They definitely made the whole process of a difficult time so much easier. I really appreciate all this company has done for me, and their willingness to work with me and my insurance company in tandem. 😊

  Chris was amazing. He is really woman friendly. By that I mean he explained everything to me and didn’t act like those other mechanics that try to confuse females into paying for more than what they need. If you need anything from them, ask for Chris! Very knowledgeable.

  Always maintained my vehicle without an issue and no pressure on extras. Even has done some body work on a car for me. Always a pleasure to work with Jeremy and see the involvement in local community.

  Crazy story.... I drive from Texas to Aiken. When I get to Aiken where I don’t know anyone, my car breaks down. And it’s 430pm. I called Wayne’s Automotive, not only were they willing to help me when no one else would at 430pm... the tow truck (very nice man) was there in 5 minutes!! Took car and us to the shop, even given the pandemic, there is no uber. They found the problem right away, drove us to where we were staying over, and had it fixed first thing in the am. Again, I don’t know anyone, Jeremy and Chris were super friendly, I had a million questions and they helped and referred me to all the best places in Aiken. Over the top kind, in a pandemic, and now I have friends in Aiken!

  Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood what all was wrong with my truck, and what was a major problem and what was a minor problem. I will be taking all of my vehicles here in the future for any repairs that they may need.

  Wayne's did us right...broke down not far from there shop with a horse in tow...an Aiken resident stopped to help (heaven sent) when all other sources failed. He recommended Wayne's...they towed us that night (Saturday) On Monday called with the problem (fuel pump) and had it repaired by that afternoon. Now I say...it doesn't get much better than that! Price was reasonable as well. In case you were wondering...the Aiken man took us, horse in tow home to Barnwell. We have a new friend and a new repair garage.

  Got in a pickle when my Jeep wouldn't start and got stranded at the gas station. I have heard good things locally about Waynes but never actually used them. Usually take my car elsewhere for auto repairs; however I knew I was going to need a tow which prompted me to call Wayne's as my normal repair shop doesn't do tows. Wayne's tow guy was great and on time for my appointment. The office staff were friendly and communicated very well as they worked on my vehicle. Got me back on the road in about 24 hours and at a price that was fair. Will definitely use them again, especially if I need a tow and auto work done.

  After my car accident, Wayne's Towing arrived quickly and waited with me until my husband arrived to pick me up from the accident site. I learned that if you have them service your car, they will pick your car up for you!

  Provided wonderful roadside assistance for my daughter who locked herself out of her car! Plus another daughter a few years ago who had mechanical issues all the way in Columbia.

A friend who knows Aiken quickly and confidently recommended Wayne’s Automotive Center. The team at Wayne’s lived up to the strong recommendation and surpassed it. They repaired the damage and performed other needed services all in one day. Efficient, friendly, and fair. Wayne’s is the only place in Aiken you need to know for automotive service.

  My wife and I were travelling to Florida with our grandchildren. Not being from the area we did not who to use when our car overheated. Someone pulled over asked if we needed help. Explained what happened and he recommended Wayne's automotive and that it was just a few exits up. We had the car towed there and Chris assured me that as long as he had the parts it needed we would be on our way in no time. He called me and explained that the radiator split on the seam of it. Gave me a quote and that he would have it done in a few hours. he called me to pick it up and when we got there to pay it was less then what he originally quoted me. Anytime that I am coming straight there is I have any issues. great group of guys and very professional looking. Highly recommended

  After our RV broke down on I-20 and we were stranded for 6 hours, it was nice to know that the folks that towed us in was up to the task to make the necessary repairs to get us back on the road quickly. The price was very reasonable and Billy, the tow truck driver, was very professional and meticulous about his work. Add to that, they allowed us to spend the night in our RV for the night on their property until the next morning. Thus, saving us from getting a motel room. It’s never a good time to break down, but the kindness extended by the staff made a bad day a little bit better! My wife and I thank you all!

Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because of the owners son. He was Rude and only slowed things down . When he left everything clicked

  Being handicapped is no fun in Aiken but making a call to Wayne's was well worth the time. A service truck didn't make me wait long out in the cold they we there in no time. Thanks guys
